An impressive First Parents Day ceremony was held at BCCG on 14th Feb 2020. Air Vice Marshal Ghulam Abbas Ghumman, SI (M),TBt (Chairman Board of Governors,BCCG) graced the occasion as chief guest. The first mega event of the first girls’ cadet college of Pakistan was attended by a large number of notables of the area, parents and guests. An impressive display of March Past, Gymnastic and PT show were profusely praised by the parents. On this occasion the chief guest distributed prize/awards among the best of the year
On 6th July’ 2019 cadets were found excited and interested while watching Saturday Movie show in Open Air Theater.
The idea of having exclusive cadet college for girls at Nawabshah was conceived by Muhtrama Faryal Talpur who, as Zila Nazim Nawabshah, in 2005-6, recommended the scheme to P & D Department of Sindh. With her relentless efforts, she got the scheme approved and included in PSDP 2008-09. The ground breaking of the college was performed on 11th October 2010 by Mr. Asif Ali Zardari, the then President of Pakistan. Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah formally inaugurated college on 09th April 2021.

Amid an atmosphere full of safety and adherence to precautionary measures due to Covid-19, The First Taraweeh prayers was performed in the mosque of BCCG on the First night of this year’s holy month of Ramadan on 13 April, 2021.
To start this blessed Ramadan, approx. two hundred fifty (250) people of the college staff including female cadets and teachers offered this ritual prayer with consistency and humility. The college management arranged refreshment for all the Muq`tadis in the mosque. Ms. Roohana Qureshi, Lecturer in Islamiat, is the overall in-charge of arranging Taraweeh in Mosque.
To motivate and buildup the interest of the Cadets into STEM based learning that embedded scientific and engineering learning practice, a team of 15 Cadets from Class XI (Pre-Engineering Group) accompanied with two teaching faculty members includes, Ms. Ume-Rubab (Department of Computer Science) and Ms. Muniba Rauf (Department of Physics) Visited the IBA University Sukkur on 12 April, 2021.
The Cadets of BCCG were welcomed by the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department of IBA University Sukkur, and they were briefed and had demonstration of all the concerned Laboratories and research work, curricular excellence, Engineering programs, Smart Library . The Cadets of BCCG gave their spirited participation in all areas of learning and seeking knowledge.

The Principal BCCG, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin arranged Iftar Dinner on 23 April, 2021, Friday, at Academic Lawn of Bakhtawer Cadet College for Girls. Around 50 members including, Syed Mohsin Ali Shah, Commissioner SBA, Mrs. Muhammad Amin, members of BOGs and other officials attended the Iftar dinner with Principal and Academic staff of the College.
On this occasion, The Principal greeted the guests with thanking note and said, ‘As the essence of every religion is humanity and the month of Ramadan is an epitome of the spirit. Hence, hosting of this Iftar dinner is a symbolic gesture of unity and brotherhood which creates mutual harmony’. While, Mr. Mohsin Ali Shah, Commissioner SBA, eulogized the efforts of The Principal and the staff of BCCG with acclamation.

On 26 April, 2021, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin, Principal Bakhtawer Cadet College for Girls, distributed ration bags as Ramadan Gifts among the employees and the families in the college who are subjected to stay inside their homes during lockdown.
The Principal said ‘it is responsibility of everyone to take care of needy and deserving people as Coronavirus is an epidemic which could be faced through coordinated efforts and special prayers’.
In view to create pollution free environment at the College, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin, Principal Bakhtawer Cadet College for Girls formally inaugurated the Fruit Tree Orchard at the vast and fertile land of the College on 22 April, 2021. The Principal inaugurated the orchard by planting a Sapling of a banana tree while cadets and the college faculty were present at the ceremony.
In addition to planting Sapling of approx.: 1220 Saplings of Bnana, Falsa, Cheeko(Sapota), Mango and Guava trees, The Principal exhorted the Cadets to promote horticulture and to contribute their knowledge and interest as to get healthy nutrients for a balanced diet.

In view of the surging spike in Covid-19 cases across the country, BCCG decided to commence online classes for all the students from VIII-XI for the academic session 2020-21 from 29 April' 2021 to 8 May' 2021.
However, the teaching and learning activities may commence through Zoom App/ Google Classroom. Ms. Ume-Rubab, OIC IT, has scheduled the complete plane for online classes.
On 2 May, 2021, The Principal BCCG, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin, host a virtual conversation with Mr. Abdul Kabir kazi, Managing Director, Sindh Education Foundation (SEF).
The Principal joined Mr. Abdul Kabir Kazi for the discussion on providing the scholarship to the cadets of BCCG. Meanwhile discussing the mission and vision of SEF, the managing director told the meeting that the board decided to offer scholarships to the best students of public schools who got admission on merit in cadet colleges. Furthers, he adds that the SEF’s academic council will select the best students from every cadet college of the province.
The Principal, while applauding the spirit and great initiative of SEF, detailed the noble mission and vision of the first unique and pioneer cadet college for girls in Pakistan and cordially invited Mr. Abdul Kabir Kazi to pay a visit at BCCG. Ms. Roohana Qureshi, OIC examination, provided the list of selected cadets for the scholarship.

Speaking on the occasion, the Principal, BCCG, said that the new hostel would provide better accommodation with the capacity 60 girls cadets of BCCG and has been equipped with all modern facilities. The Semifinal Round of Hippo Contest was scheduled ONLINE on May 7, 2021 between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The selected cadets for semifinal attempted the paper online under the guidance of teachers who were connected with students through zoom app to guide them for online paper.
Regretfully it is to inform you that the opening of the college has been postponed till Saturday, 5 June, 2021, under Govt decision taken yesterday i.e. 21 May 2021.
The college shall reopen from Sunday 6 June, 2021.
As you are aware that Govt has decide that the institutions of 12 districts of Sindh, including Shaheed Benazirabad would remain closed till 6 June, 2021, as the coronavirus positivity ratio in those districts is higher than 5%.
In the light of above decision, the BCCG management has decided to conduct the online Pre-Board/ Annual Examination 20-21, through Google classroom, as it has been scheduled from 25 May, 2021.

A delegation from Education and Skill Development Department of Fouji Foundation Headquarters Rawalpindi visited Shaheed Benazir Abad on 24 May, 2021. The delegation was led by Maj. Gen (R) Naseer Ahmed Khan and included Col. (R) Akmal, Zonal Director Sindh Balochistan. Delegation called on Dr. Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, Principal Bukhtawar Cadets College for Girls. Delegation spend more than 4 hours with the Principal and held wide range of mutually beneficial and rewarding discussion on Education and Skill Development. Upon request and invitation by Principal, Dr Farooqu Hassan, worthy Vice Chancellor and Chairman Shaheed Benazir Abad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education also joined for lunch and had discussions. Subsequently, Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls and delegation of Fouji Foundation Headquarters Rawalpindi visited Shaheed Benazir Abad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Chairman of the Board briefed on the operations of the Board and presented souvenirs to the visitors.

Scholarship for needy and deserving students of BCCG, development and expansion of laboratories through PSO CSR Trust also brought under discussion. Brig. The Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dr Farooq Hassan visited Bakhtawar Cadet College Shaheed Benazirabad on 1st June 21. To make the cadets expert in latest IT Skills, Ms. Um-e- Rubab, OIC/IT, introduced Digi-Skills Program for the cadets of BCCG with the approval of Principal, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin. Digi Skills.pk is Pakistan’s first online training program initiated by the Government of Pakistan, headed by the Ministry of IT and Telecom. The aim of the program is to enable the cadets to learn the ways of Freelancing and Digi-Skills. Cadets of class VIII and IX were enrolled in Freelancing and Creative Writing, on the other hand, Cadets of class X and XI got enrolled in Freelancing and Graphic designing. The training started from 1st June, 2021 for 12 weeks which is comprised of the following procedures:

A delegation of BISE SBA visited BCCG on 15th June’ 2021 to discuss the concerned matters related to conduction of Board Examination 2021. The delegation including Dr. Muhammad Farooque, Chairman BISE SBA, Dr. Waheed Murad Dahiri, Controller examination BISE SBA and Muhammad Saleh Pirzada Suprident BISE SBA were warmly welcomed by the core administration of BCCG. The team was taken round the hub of the college and was briefed about laboratories, library and classes. Another milestone achieved as BCCG recognized internationally in "International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering", as one of the top ranked institutes to use smart learning tools to meet 21st century’s technological era. Ph.D. Scholar Ms.Saima Siraj, Assistant professor QUEST Nawabshah while researching on topic “Smart Learning Tools for Enhancing basic Education system” mentions how Smart learning tools brings effective result oriented outcomes in cadets of BCCG and acknowledges Dr.Brig (Retd.) A delegation of AAJ News channel comprising of twelve members paid a visit to Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls on 10th July, 2021, along with Group Captain Murtaza Nusrat and Begum Murtaza Nusrat. They showed their amazement to see such outstanding institute first of its kind for girls in Pakistan which provides quality education with military training to female cadets. A co-ordination meeting of staff of the college was held in chair with Principal, Dr. Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin, on 28 July, 2021, today in Conference Room at 1100 hrs.
More than 27 administrative and academic staff members have attended the meeting.
The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the commencement of Board Examination of HSC- I starting from 30th July, 2021 and bring into consideration the other academic and administrative projects of the college which are under progress.

A ‘Tree Plantation Drive’ was organized in the college on 2nd August, 2021.The campaign’s main aim was to direct cadets’ mind in constructive activities with the positive outcome through the facilitation of contributing to the society and to educate them about conservation of the environment through tree plantation.

Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls being pioneer girls Cadet College and a trend setter warmly welcomed the 5th batch by hosting reception for the new cadets of class VIII and their parents on 21st August, 2021. The occasion was marked by different segments including Science and Arts exhibition, detailed brief given by worthy Principal BCCG, Dr. Brig Muhammad Amin SI(M) in which he mentioned the facilities being provided by the college, national and international achievements of the college, and brief introduction of each area and future objectives of the college.
The cadets of 5th batch attended their first ever morning assembly on 23 August 21.Addressing the new batch Principal Dr Brig Muhammad Amin welcomed the girls stressing upon them to avail the facilities provided in the college and work hard,following the standard and traditions set by their seniors. The newly joined batch later had group photo with Principal, teaching faculty and was taken round of the Academic Block.
One of the world’s most popular cricketers of all time, an all-rounder and former captain of Pakistan National Cricket team visited BCCG on the special invitation of worthy Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College Shaheed Benzirabad Dr Brig Muhmmad Amin SI (M) on 25th August, 21 along with other members of his foundation. The main purpose of the visit to motivates young cadets and nourish their minds with beautiful teachings of Islam. He was warmly welcomed by the worthy Principal and the core team of BCCG , after the guest was presented with traditional souvenirs of Sindh, College shield and specially made calligraphy. During his visit he talked on the topic “The responsibilities of a man as a Muslim”. A friendly cricket match was arranged for the newly joined batch of class VIII on 4th September, 2021 to boost up the confidence of the new cadets as cricket is considered a good sport for developing overall fitness, stamina and social skills. Cadet Samama led the team Tigger and cadet Imtishaal led the team Eagle as team captains. Both the teams gave tough time to each other but team eagle played out class and won the title of the champion. The event was attended by all the cadets and staff members. The principal, Dr. Brig Muhammad Amin SI(M) graced the event as chief guest. He said on the occasion that the very purpose of the event was to break the monotonous of the daily routine and to build up the confidence and harmony among the cadets of 5th batch as it is their start of their life as cadet. In the last, the winner and runner up team received prices from the worthy Principal and had group photo with match officials and the chief guest.
BCCG commemorated 56th Defence Day with vigor and enthusiasm on 6th September 21 to pay homage to martyrs who defended country selflessly and bravely.
The event was unique on its own as for the first time in college history; the defence day was celebrated with purpose to let the cadets know about their country’s strengths that their armed forces stand fully capable to defeat all sorts of external aggression.
Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls believes and practice to develop and nourish a family unity concept, where in all three stake holders i.e. staff, cadets and parents, are treated like Bakhtawarians family. We don't shout hollow, we act. As per practice and routine today was *Parents Meet Day*. Parents of all five batches visited the BCCG to meet and greet their wards on 12th September 2021. Parents started arriving at 09:00 am in the parent’s area of the college.
Wing Comd PAF (R) Rubina, a motivational speaker and career counselor visited BCCG to interact and motivate the cadets on 16th September, 21. The cadets were highly influenced by the motivational lecture given on the topic “How to be determined and consistent towards goals”. While interacting to cadets Madam Wing Comd (R) Rubina shared her tough journey which started from a small town to a successful military woman. The session remained very fruitful for the cadets as they enjoyed and got motivated by the presence of such enlightened and esteemed woman. The cadets took full benefit of the session by asking different questions related to their future goals and careers.
Bakhtawar Cadet College being the first female cadet college and trendsetter always shows the new styles to nourish the capabilities of the students and groom them in all fields of life. In this regard, an exuberant welcome party was arranged on 17th September 21. The party was accompanied by so many colorful and lively activities which added more creativity to the capabilities of the cadets and shown their talent . The evening was made soulful with the lively activities include English Songs, Documentary, Funny Qawali on College Life, Mimicries, Tongue Twisters, and Funny Skit on the life of cadets.
Keeping in view the benefits of the motivational lectures as they are rich sources of information and play a vital role in the personality development of the cadets, Bakhtawar Cadet College arranged a motivational lecture on 20th September 21. Mr. Atiq Raja, Chairman Pakistan Youth Council, and International Kashmir Cause Committee, a renowned motivational speaker and counselor visited BCCG to deliver lecture on the topic “National Integration and Unity the way to Prosperous Pakistan”. The guest was received by Dr. Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M), and Principal BCCG and warmly welcomed by the Bakhtawarians in Jinnah Auditorium. While talking to the audience in welcome address, the Principal said that " National Integration and Unity is the need of time, we can only be united when we would have proper awareness of the importance of national Integration, Unity, the issues of our country, and their proper solutions. This is the very purpose of arranging today’s interactive session for the cadets".

Keeping in view the benefits of sports activities as they physically and mentally flourish wellbeing and self-growth of the cadets, Physical Training Department of BCCG arranges inter-house championship every year with different games being played throughout the year. The Sports Championship of 2021-22 started on 14th September, 2021 with basketball match. The thrilling match formally started with oath taking ceremony and opening of the match by chief guest Dr. Brig Retd Muhammad Amin, SI (M), Principal BCCG. All the teams were energetic and played enthusiastically.

Personality development in each field of life has always remained prime focus of BCCG. Therefore, “Inter-House Swimming Competition” was arranged on 27th September, 2021, to promote personality development with help of healthy activities arranged by Physical Education Department of BCCG. The two representatives of each house participated in swimming competition. After the tough competition, Elsa Kazi House and Fatima Jinnah House stood on first position, however, Mariyam Mukhityar House clinched the title of runner-up house. The event was huge success and the cadets considered it to be great learning experience.
Keeping in view the safety of the cadets as prime focus, BCCG arranged vaccination as per the issuance of Sindh Education Department in compliance with COVID-19 vaccines Policy for aged 15 years above.
A team of doctors deputed by DHO Shaheed Benazirabad visited the college to provide vaccination to the cadets above fourteen years in which one hundred and forty-nine cadets got vaccinated from 28-09-2021 to 30-9-2021 under vigilant supervision of College RMO, Dr. Afsheen Memon.
Its an honor and pride for BCCG that being 1st female cadet college it open hearted welcomed to CCL to provide facility of centre to conduct the First Entry Test of SBBGCCL on 10th October 21. A team of two teachers from Cadets College Larkana looked after overall managements of the test with collaboration of Examination Branch of BCCG which provided all the facilities required for entry test conduction at the centre. Our cadets participated in *5th Climate Change and Alternative Energy Seminar*held at Sargodhian Spirit Trust (SST) School Rashidabad. There around 18 Schools and Colleges including 5 Cadet Colleges from different cities of Sindh participated.

The Inter-House Shooting competition was arranged on 3rd November 2021. Three best shooters from each house participated in the contest. After five attempts by each shooter, Kazians emerged as runners up and Fatima Jinnah won the title of champion house of the competition.
Keeping up the tradition of Elite institutes, Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls celebrated Yom-e-Iqbal on 11th November 2021 to pay tributes to and commemorate the contribution of the ‘Poet-Philosopher’ also venerated as the ‘National Poet of the Pakistan’. Programme started with recitation from the Holy Quran.
An introduction was presented to acknowledge the great vision of the ‘Poet of the East’ for the creation of Pakistan in the form of documentary prepared by the cadets. Different segments, each highlighting a brief sketch on the learnings of Iqbal's poetry were included. Hifz-e-Iqbal, Poster Making Competition, Quiz Competition, impressive presentation on Iqbal’s Poetic Dua was presented in the form of tableau by class VIII and much more .
“Little Picasso Art Competition” themed “nature” was held on 6 November 2021 at Open Air Theatre of the college to bring out the artistic skills of the cadets and their love for nature. Not only cadets, but teachers along with Principal and vice Principal also participated in the contest to express their affinity with nature. The Chief Guest (Principal BCCG) judged all the paintings and distributed certificates among the best performers at the end of the event. Cadet Areeb Fatima from class X got first position while Cadet Mariam Aijaz from X class stood runner-up and cadet Asbhal of class X and cadet Shanza Munir of class IX finished on third position. In his address, the Principal BCCG admired all the cadets for their creative ideas and critical thinking level.

The result of 14th International Kangaroo Science Contest held on 22nd September 2021, brought lots of medals, prizes and stars for our intelligent cadets on 15 October 2021.
First ever Inter-House Scrabble Championship was arranged at BCCG on 10th November 2021 by Physical Dept. of the College. Each house comprises of four participants played actively in the championship. The event remained successful and cadets considered it to be great experience for learning. The Compiled result declared Elsa Kazi, the runner-up House with 324 points on the other hand, Fatima Jinnah emerged as Champion House of the event with 364 points. Principal Dr. Brig. Muhmmad Amin, SI (M) appreciated and distributed medals among the winners.
By the grace of Allah BCCG keeps on going on the journey to success, it has achieved number of landmarks in all fields of life. In this journey of success our cadets have also proved their mettle at Arduino Camp arranged by Public School Hyderabad, managed by IBA Sukkur University from 12th to 14th November 2021. The team comprising 19 cadets in the supervision of two teacher participated.
Educational excursion not only enhance the knowledge of the students but also broaden their outlook toward outside world. It is for this reason BCCG organizes different annual trips of the classes to give good exposure of the outer world. Class VIII had their first excursion trip to Thatta on 13th November 2021. The team comprising 71 Cadets along with 6 staff members visited Keenjhar Lake, Shah Jahan Mosque and Makli Graveyard. The trip provided opportunity to the cadets to experience culture and history of Dist. Thatta.
Sports is not merely an activity, but it’s a platform which teaches us lifelong lessons of teamwork, accountability, and self-discipline. Bakhtawar Cadet College always tries to keep curricular and extra-curricular activities side by side. A three-day long Sports Gala was planned to boost up the level of students and enhance their sports skills. The main games of the sports gala were 400 meters race, railway race, long jump, tug of war, and throw ball competition. Cadets reveals their skills and sportsman ship from semi final to the final round. They have never lost hope and tried their level best to give the tough most competition to their opponents. As wining and loosing is a part of game, but such intra sports competitions prepare cadets to perform well in inter sports competitions. As appreciation and recognition motivates an individual to work in a better manner than before, so Vice Principal BCCG distributed medals and certificates among the winners and runner up teams.
It is one of the profound traditions of BAKHTAWAR CADET COLLEGE to always bring healthy and productive initiatives for the Cadets. As our vision is to engage cadets in different activities through which they may learn and excel in the upcoming years. In this regard BCCG College announced a 'YouTube Subscription Competition'. In which cadets were assigned to add more subscribers to the youtube channel of the college. Cadets participated in the event wholeheartedly. They built alliances with their fellows and asked them to subscribe to our YouTube channel to get alerts of every upcoming event on campus. It hasn't merely assigned to make much more subscriptions but it has actually taught the cadets how to work in collaboration for a better cause.
Bakhtawar Cadet College being the pioneer girls cadet colleges in Pakistan celebrated the first passing out and Annual Parents Day of F on 12th February 2022 with great zeal and fervor. Syed Sardar Ali Shah, Education Minister Sindh graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) visited Boys Cadet College Larkana (CCL) and SBB Girls Cadet College Larkana (SBBGCCL) from 20 - 22 November 2021 on the invitation of Brig (R) Ghulam Raza, SI (M) Principal/Project Director CCL and SBBGCCL to discuss matters of mutual interests; particularly start of functioning of SBBGCCL being of same nature of operations, that is, girls cadet college. Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI(M) addressed the faculty and cadets of SBBGCCL, and enlightened them with what vision a Girls Cadet College has been commissioned and what nation expects of them.
Leadership is about developing effective communication skills with influencing and logical arguments. To that end inter-house bilingual declamation contest was organized on 19 November 2021 as a way to create a wave of energy among the cadets and to strengthen their communication skills and public speaking abilities.
Cadet Wania Fatima and Fiza Liaquat of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls not only named the honor of representing Shaheed Benazirabad in U-16 Inter Provisional Hockey Tournament held at Lahore from 2 to 5th November 2021, but played so well to win 3rd position for their beloved province representing Team Sindh.

Dr.Muhmmad Amin SI(M), Principal graced the event as chief guest.
After tiring efforts and settlements of Principal BCCG a trip to Karachi was arranged to entertain the cadets and educate them about various things through a first-hand experience. The trip begins early in the morning on 10th December, the first decided spot for the excursion was Dan Zoo at Bahria Town. The managing director along with his team welcomed the Cadets and appreciate their discipline. The cadets keenly observed the characteristics and different traits of various animals.
Some tragedies are so soul searing, so monumental, that their imprint remains permanently etched in the nation’s collective consciousness. The terrorist attack on APS Peshawar seven years ago was precisely such an episode. Bakhtawar Cadet College arranged a ceremony within the premises of college to pay tribute to the young martyrs of Pakistan.

In the same context our cadets are exposed to diverse knowledge by inviting Guest Speakers on national and international fame. Mr. Atiq Raja Chairman Pakistan Youth Council and IKCC was invited to speak to the cadets on 4th January 2022 on the topic, “Peace, Tolerance and Patience”.
Religion plays vital role in the transformation and strengthening the bonds of soul, body, and with the rest of the universe. To impart balanced religious education and awareness, remains our focus. Besides talks and lectures by experts, we arrange Seerat Conferences by various religious scholars. On the reception of 5th Batch 2021 of BCCG our Principal Dr. Brig (R) M. Amin shared his will of initiating ‘Tafseer Quran’ classes at the campus.
Award and rewards are part of any competitive and institutional life. To keep the cadets in healthy competition with each other and to develop a sense of best performance delivery, “Best Cadet of the Bi-Month”, selection committee declares results in the first week of the every alternate month. Cadets are selected based upon their overall excellence in academics, sports, behavior and co-curricular / extracurricular activities.
Purpose of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls is to prepare the “Female Leaders of Tomorrow”, not only for the Society but the Military Forces of Pakistan. Arranging Interactive Sessions of cadets with the professionals is an ongoing process. Inter-Services Selection Board or commonly known as ISSB is the toughest of all the tests to get into Commissioned Officers stream.To educate our cadets on how to prepare for ISSB, Sub Lt (Pak Navy) Muhammad Zeeshan, Psychologist who have served at ISSB Kohat for more than 2 years, was invited to deliver a lecture on 8 January 2022.
Career Counseling of young people at the turning points of their educational pursuits is as important as their academic excellence. It helps them to take correct decisions at the right moments to choose their future professions. Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls aims to prepare the “Female Leaders of Tomorrow”, for the society and serve as nursery for the female military officers. Arranging "Career Counseling and Recruitment in Pakistan Armed Forces" sessions for the cadets with the professionals is an ongoing process. It helps to boost up the confidence and optimism of our cadets for their future endeavors. Pursuing the same, Commander Zafar Iqbal PN, Naval Recruitment & Selection Officer Nawabshah was invited to the College, who delivered a Good Will Interactive Session at BCCG on 14th January, 2022.
BCCG bid a colorful farewell to the 4th Inter-House Sports Competition 2020-2021 on 14th January 2022. Dr. Brig Muhammad Amin, SI (M), Principal BCCG declared the games closed after a glittering ceremony. The summary and commendation of ceremony presented a variety of wonderful programs, showing a healthy and energetic outlook of teachers and cadets of our college as well as the unique charm of sports at BCCG. Highlights of the ceremony includes wonderfully displayed PT show by the cadets, perfectly synchronized march-past of sports contingent, friendly100 meter race and friendly tug of war, arranged for the cheering audience.
Comprehensive personality development of the cadets is one of the prime purposes of Bakhtawar Cadet College. In the same context Group Head MCB Bank Limited, Mr. Zargham Khan Durrani was invited to deliver a motivational lecture on 20th January 2022 at BCCG.
Upon arrival Mr. Zargham Khan Durrani was received by the worthy Principal Dr. Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, Vice Principal, and other senior staff members. He was presented with a flower bouquet by the Chief Cadet Captain.
BAKHTAWARIANS believe in excelling together. BCCG facilitated Cadet College Larkana to conduct entrance tests for their 31st batch. The Examination branch of BCCG facilitated a team of four lecturers along with other staff of CCL to conduct the Entry Test on 23rd January 2022, in which approx. 20 candidates appeared for the test. Bakhtawarians wish good luck to the appearing candidates and always welcome a friendly hand with CCL for elevation of learning standards in future.

By keeping this in consideration, a short ceremony was held in the morning assembly to reward Cadet Khansa Bakhtawar and Cadet Fatima Saeed Shah from Class Matric on 23 January, 2022 for their enthusiasm and passion regarding passing out parade.

Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed in Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls, Shaheed Benazirabad at Jinnah Auditorium of college. The Chairman Board of Executive Committee, Air Commodore Sabih Wali ur Rehman T.Bt ( Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Education) had a detailed visit of the College departments and facilities on Wednesday, 23 February, 2022. During his visit, Chairman showed keen interest in Library, Laboratories, smart classroom and the use of technology in practice. He lauded the quality of science projects and the standards of international level Gymnasium of the college.
To impart balanced religious education and awareness about Islam, BCCG put forth prime focus on Islamic guidance and trainings of the young cadets. In this respect, a motivational lecture by Mrs. Farzana Nayyar, a renowned religious scholar, artist and teacher of Islamiat at SST Public School Rashidabad, on topic, ‘’ Purpose of Life ‘’ was organized for cadets and staff at auditorium of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls, SBA on 2 March, 2022.
The guest speaker delivered a detailed light on the topic and said, " Life is to serve God's purpose and living a life that is linked to an eternal life on one hand, and attaining existential meaning from worldly goals and moral values on the other. She further advised the cadets that Allah has told us that the creation of the heavens and the earth, and of life and death, is for the purpose of testing , so as to test man.whosoever obeys Him, He will reward him, and whoever disobeys Him, He will punish Him. So, we must set our life according to Qura'an and Sunnah".
BCCG encourage and foster connected relationship among parents, cadets, teachers, administrators and community. Being the first residential ‘girls cadet college, it gives due pondering on the educational affairs and dealings of young cadets. Being the first in his wisdom and dynamic leadership skills to consider the importance of mother’s participation and involvement in college life, the Principal BCCG, Dr. Brig® Muhammad Amin, SI(M) took a bold and courageous initiative to formulate “ Mother Advisory Committee ’’.
Awards and rewards are part of developing healthy, and positive competitive learning culture in any institution. Pursuant of the same, BCCG keeps the cadets in healthy competition with each other to develop a sense of best performance delivery. One such competition is “Best Cadet of the Bi-Month”. A transparent and honest system of selection is followed. Selection Committee declares results in the first week of every alternate month.
Keeping in view the physical and mental fitness benefits of cycling the exciting inaugural ceremony of Bakhtawar Cadet College Cycling Club was arranged on 10th March 2020. The ceremony was attended by Principal BCCG, faculty members and Cadets. The event started with Tree Plantation and formal inauguration of Riders Club of the college by Principal BCCG, Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) .
Principal BCCG called-on Mr Liaquat Memon, Accountant General on 15th March 2022, and after preliminary customaries held detailed discussion on Grant in Aid mechanism and modalities. Madam Sadia, Addl AG and Mr Sarfraz Ahmed, Deputy AG were also present in the meeting. Dr Brig (R) Muhammed Amin, Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls apprised the notable officials about BCCG being the First Girls Cadet College in Pakistan and achievements/ contributions of the college in preparing future female leadership for Pakistan.
Math Competitions are great opportunities for students who are looking to challenge themselves and advance in math.Over the course of International Kangaroo Mathematics Contest (IKMC)preparation, students develop problem-solving abilities, and logical reasoning through problem solving sessions, practices, and competitions.
The 32nd International Kangaroo Mathematics Contest (IKMC) was held on 17 March, 2022 at BCCG in which around 174 cadets appeared in the contest to test their congnitive skills and critical thinking.

BCCG always encouraged the celebration of national days at the institute to build the character of cadets in a positive direction and to inculcate ownership and belongingness in them for their country and institutions that they belong to.
In this regard, Bakhtawar Cadet College celebrated Pakistan day with the nation to mark the passing of the Lahore Resolution, when a separate nation for the Muslims of the British Indian was demanded on March 23, 1940, in Lahore. The day was marked with wonderfully organized event on 23rd march 2022, in Jinnah Auditorium with great national zeal and patriotic spirit. Principal Dr. Brig. Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls has always arranged self motivating and study oriented trips for grooming of the cadets.
To enrich STEM-based learning skills with systematic and engineering learning practice, the management of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls sent a team of 18 members and two subject specialist on 22nd March 2022 to SIBA University. The delegation of BCCG was welcomed by the Head Engineer of Sukkur IBA University. The team of BCCG had a visit of well equipped laboratories, smart library of Electrical Engineering Department.
The preliminary written test for the New Entry 2022 was conducted on 21-02-2022 at four different centers of Pakistan. Hyderabad, Okara, Sukkur and Nawabshah was the main test centers. All the successful candidates were called for an interview. The final interviews have started from today, 28-03-2022 and shall be conducted till 31-03-2022 of the shortlisted candidates. The preliminary written test for the New Entry 2022 was conducted on 21-02-2022. More than 850 candidates from all over the Pakistan have appeared in the preliminary written test at four different centers of Pakistan. Hyderabad, Okara, Sukkur and Nawabshah were the main test centers. Few candidates from overseas have also attempted the initial test online. Among 850 candidates, 160 were shortlisted by toughest competition. All the successful candidates were called for an interview. The final interviews have started from 28-03-2022 and shall be conducted till 31-03-2022 of the shortlisted candidates.
All the successful candidates of the preliminary written test for the New Entry 2022 gave final interviews at Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls Shaheed Benazirabad. Each day 45 candidates were called from various districts of Pakistan.
Bakhtawar Cadet College has successfully completed its journey of five years of excellence with great success as a result of successfully educating Leaders of Tomorrow. BCCG has won the confidence of the candidates and their parents through a long legacy of excellence, as a result this year College has received more than 800 applications for the admission across the country. The prestige which BCCG has earned in the Supreme leadership of Principal BCCG, Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) is evident through a large number of applications from the dignitaries, notables, govt officials, and heads of institutions who want their daughters to get training and grooming at Bakhtawar Cadet College. In this regard Mr Shafique Ahmed Mahesar, Commissioner Sukkur Division visited BCCG for his daughters interview. Moreover, BCCG has marked the heights of glory overseas Pakistan as well. Mr Adnan Khaliq, serving in Qatar Armed forces bring his daughter from Oman for the final interview. They have really appreciated the college standards made under the present leadership put in to uplift the standards of education and training at the College.

And the unique story of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls, started when Dr.Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) took the command of Bakhtawar Cadet College as a Principal on 1st April 2021. Dr. Brig (R) Muhammed Amin, SI (M) is an ideal blend of a teacher, academician, and an administrator with 40 years of national and international qualification and work experience. He is Ph.D. in International Relations, M.Phil in Defence and Strategic Studies from National Defence University Beijing, with Telecommunication Engineering from UET Lahore. His last assignment was Vice-Chancellor of Engineering and Technology, Khuzdar. For his untiring work and services he has been awarded "Sitara-e-Imtiaz" (Military), National Young Engineers Gold Medal, and National Excellence Award for introducing Smart Class Room at UET Khuzdar, many National and International awards and commendation Certificates.
In the words of Maxwell: “A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and also shows the way.” Since it's already been a year, Principal BCCG has come a long way as a professional in this institution. He has set an exemplary standard of dedication, determination, hard work, in the one year of excellence which is a commendable role model not merely for the faculty and Staff, but for the Cadets as well. The loyalty and hard work by Dr Brig (R) Muhammed Amin, SI (M) during the historic event of our First Passing Out Parade 2021 have set an example for everyone in this organization. In his present leadership BCCG is creating a positive and accommodating environment for everyone associated with the College. Although there's a prolong list of achievements which BCCG has earned in the Supreme leadership of Principal BCCG, but some of the phenomenal are:
• Within the short time of 9 days hard efforts, to organize The first mega event of College Inauguration by Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah on 9 April 2021, which set the pace of leadership and setting the exemplary solid cohesive team work for BCCG. Due to his personality and convincing efforts Chief Minister announced mega financial support to the college.
• To create spiritual harmony and to instill a better moral compass in cadets and among the community of BCCG, First Taraweeh prayers were performed in the mosque of BCCG in the holy month of Ramadan on 13 April, 2021.
• Inauguration of Smart/Digital Classroom
• Distribution of the ration bags as Ramadan gifts to the staff members.
• Keeping the college standards with quality education with Exceptional Academic Results of SSC and HSC. Cadet Soonh Rani Topped in SSC Examination BISE Shaheed Benazir Abad and Cadet Rubah Javed the topper of BISE Lahore joined our First Year Class. Therefore BCCG became the only college in the history of Pakistan to have two top position in one Class from two different Boards.
• To keep the college environment clean and green, Fruit Tree Orchard inauguration at the campus.
• To explore new avenues for BCCG stake holders, Joining Hands with Pakistan State Oil.
• To improve employees satisfaction and encouragement, Principal, Dr. Brig (R) Muhammed Amin, First Time in the History of BCCG, rewarded the faculty and staff with double salaries for their hard work.
• The applications for the New Entry 2022 were 3 times more than previous record.
• First time the Interviews of qualifying candidates for Class VIII Entry were conducted on the lines of selection of Armed Forces and on the patterns of leading Cadet Colleges like Petaro, Hassan Abdal, Military College Jhelum etc. were conducted by involving ISSB experienced Psychologist of Pakistan Navy. These were conducted for four days 28 to 31 March 2022. Previously it used to be One Day and without Psychologist.
• To consider the mother’s participation and involvement in college life, The Principal took a bold and courageous initiative to formulate the “Mothers Advisory Committee ‘’
• To impart balanced religious education and awareness about Islam, another great initiative of starting TAFHEEM-UL-QURAN class and to include it in cadet’s daily routine.
• Establishing a Positive Bond with Cadet’s Parent Community by giving them due respect as important stake holders which enhanced the overall positive support for administration of BCCG.
• Arrangements of proper Parents Meet for Cadets on monthly basis.
• Inspiring and motivating the college staff with his own hard and painstaking efforts of day and nights struggles to bring laurels to the college.
Under the present leadership, Bakhtawar Cadet College has gained unprecedented heights of glory and excellence. Not merely college developed administratively and financially, but the perception of college improved significantly under the auspices of present command. BCCG is a unique institute which keeps setting National and International Records. Like on 12 February 2022 it became the First Cadet College to Pass Out Female cadets in Pakistan and the First College in Pakistan to have Two Board Toppers in one Class; BISE Nawabshah and Lahore.
Similarly tonight it's Masjid became the only Masjid in the World having approximately 310 females during Taraweeh namaz, while males were only 25.
Ramadan is the most sacred month of the year for Muslims. During the entire month of Ramadan, Muslims fast every day from dawn to sunset. It is meant to be a time of spiritual discipline of deep contemplation of one's relationship with God, extra prayer, increased charity, generosity, and intense study of the Quran. In this regard, on 14th April, the honourable Principal, Dr Brig (Retd) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) hosted an Iftar party for Cadets and faculty members at BCCG Dinning Hall. Before Iftar Cadets inquired their queries from worthy Principal regarding hope and patience. Through his vast horizons of knowledge, he said: Patience has great status in the sight of Allah Almighty and in Islam.
A Khatam Al-Qur’an ceremony was held at the Mosque of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls on 21st April 2022 in the presence of religious scholar, officials and employees of BCCG. The total of 400 participants took part in the gracious event. According to Islamic Culture, numerous rewards and spiritual effects have been mentioned on complete recitation of the Qur’an, which on a whole, adds a great deal to the likelihood, of acceptance of supplications. Pursuant of the same, Dars e Quran was held that was delivered by Molana Islammudin, who have highlighted the importance of Ramadan and devotion of the Muslims.
The Principal BCCG, Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) hosted an *'Iftar Party'* on the eve of ongoing Ramadan month at Principal's Banglow on *21st April, 2022*. Iftar is one of the religious observances of Ramadan and is often done as a community, with people gathering to break their fast together.
BCCG, as one of the BISE SBA Examination center, conducts SSC examination from 17th May 2022. Under the dynamic leadership of honourable Principal BCCG Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M), Internal Superintendents, hardworking team of invigilators and Ms Roohana Qureshi OIC/ Examination being the Factotum of the Board Examination supervised the overall arrangements, smooth and transparent conduct of the exams. Before the exam, proper arrangements were made according to the college standards. To ensure the final preparation of the board examination of SSC Principal Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, Vice Principal Ms Afshan Naseem, O/IC examination Ms Roohana Qureshi visited the academic block,as exam center on 16th May 2022 to assure that the seating arrangement must be in proper orders along with the allocated seat numbers.

A Coordination meeting and Training Workshop with reference to SSC- I and II BISE SBA was held with academic and administrative staff, on 15th May 2022 in Computer Lab of the College. The meeting was chaired by Principal Bakhtawar Cadet College Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M). Ms Roohana Qureshi, O/IC Examination conducted the training workshop. The prime focus of the training was to introduced the duties and responsibilities of every staff member for smooth and transparent conduct of the Board Exams.
The worthy Principal admired the morale of the Staff who work selflessly on the Sundays with great determination for the betterment of the college.
An Eid Millan Party & Thanks Giving Dinner was arranged by academic staff on 14th May 2022 and on 16th May 2022 by administrative staff as gesture of thanks in the honor of Principal Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) for his painstaking efforts towards the college. The welcome address was given by Vice Principal(Acd.) Afshan Naseem from academic and Accounts Officer, Azhar Ahmed Sheikh from administrative staff.
The college has got tremendous transformation within short span of one year under the present leadership of Principal BCCG, Dr. Brig.(R) Muhammad Amin, SI(M). He has exceptionally brought progressive financial developments that resulted in the approval of all the agendas and the demands that worthy Principal requested in the Ninth Meeting of Board of Governors.
It was a long struggle of present Principal which could never be achieved without exceptional skills, leadership qualities, strive and strength to face the storms and defeat them. Principal BCCG has rendered phenomenal services, arranged numerous meetings with dignitaries, and formulated the best ever by laws of 200+ pages.
Bakhtawar Cadet College, being the trend setter in the field of military education of the females, has therefore become helping hand to promote female military education with leadership qualities.

BCCG, as one of the BISE SBA Examination center, conducts HSC-I & II Examination from 11th June and will be continued till 22 June 2022, under the dynamic leadership of honourable Principal BCCG Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M). The smooth and successful conduction of the Examination is being managed and supervised by Ms Umme Rubab, O/IC examination (Factotum), Ms Afshan Naseem, Vice-Principal Academic (Internal Superintendent), Ms Sher Bano Pathan, (External Superintendent) of the Board Examination.
Professional development is a key factor when it comes to enhancing the quality of teaching and learning. BCCG is well aware of the fact that Professional development of teachers is essential to achieve and maintain standards of quality education. Ms Aliya Korai, (Lecturer in Physics) delivered a lecture on "Importance of Goals" on 09th June 2022. The main crux of her presentation is to highlight the importance of goals. She emphasizes that it is very important to set goals for being focused, and motivated not merely for the teachers but for the progress of the students as well.
Teachers' learning is a continuous and never-ending process. It promotes teacher’s teaching skills, master novel knowledge; develop better or newer proficiency, which in return assists in improving student’s learning. In this regard BCCG has started the lecture series, so all the staff members can learn and prosper together.
Ms Nida Gill (Lecturer in English) delivered a lecture on "How to engage students in the classroom through different strategies" on 06th June 2022.
The second issue of the College Magazine "Inspiration II" for session 2021-22, a chronicle of the college was launched on 7th June 2022 by the Principal BCCG, Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M).
The College Magazine is a manual and authentic record of the various activities taken by the college throughout the year that shows the college is progressing with leaps and bounds not merely in academics but also in extra-curricular activities.
Professional development refers to a wide variety of specialized training, formal education, or advanced professional learning that intends to help employees to improve their professional knowledge, competence, skill, and effectiveness.In this regard, Principal BCCG, Dr.Brig(R) Muhammad Amin, SI (M) introduced a course of professional Lectures. This course is aimed to develop teacher's professional understanding and presentation skills.

The college is situated about 260km up north from Karachi about 4km at the outskirts of Nawabshah spreading over an area of 100 acres. The college is completely a new set-up housing various facilities for the academic, sports and military training, within the boundary with sufficient arrangements for safety and security for the female-cadets.
