I would like to felicitate my faculty and cadets on achieving the best results in outdoor competitions on national and international level. We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future. Let me remind my students, the Bakhtawarians, that you could be the best doctors, great teachers, military officers and researchers of times to come and the Leaders of Tomorrow only if you are keen to excel in all your target oriented endeavors.
