Purpose of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls is to prepare the “Female Leaders of Tomorrow”, not only for the Society but the Military Forces of Pakistan. Arranging Interactive Sessions of cadets with the professionals is an ongoing process. Inter-Services Selection Board or commonly known as ISSB is the toughest of all the tests to get into Commissioned Officers stream.To educate our cadets on how to prepare for ISSB, Sub Lt (Pak Navy) Muhammad Zeeshan, Psychologist who have served at ISSB Kohat for more than 2 years, was invited to deliver a lecture on 8 January 2022.
Learned and experienced speaker had a very illuminating and fruitfully productive interactive session with cadets at the College Auditorium. He proceeded his lecture with the fantastic quotation: ‘Excessive desire for success can be as crippling as the failure’. He emphasized that Inter Service Selection Board seeks those candidates who own higher moral values, have basic leadership traits, are positive in thoughts, original / genuine in personality and are capable to perform as leaders in both war and peace. Senior Cadets from Class 2nd and 1st year F. Sc. taking full advantage of the occasion, asked focused questions, which very aptly replied with full wisdom by the speaker. The session ended on few advices for the cadets who are eager to join Armed Forces. At the end Dr Brig (R) Muhammad Amin, SI(M), The College Principal thanked the honourable speaker for such a valuable session and presented him the College Memento.
