Education, being the backbone of prosperous society, plays a vital role in moulding individuals as well as communities. Alongside bringing discernable improvement in the standard of life of one individual, it also contribute to the development of a thriving society. Amidst rapidly progression in today’s world, developing societies have progressed through improving their education. Wholesome development of any nation is interplay of education, economy and the nation-building. No nation and society can progress without involvement of their womenfolk in all arenas of development. Role of women in nation- building needs no emphasis. In this backdrop, Government of Sindh, in collaboration with Pakistan Air Force, established Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls at Shaheed Benazirabad; the first ever girls’ institution of its kind in Pakistan. It is a matter of immense pride for me being the Chairman of Board of Governor to share with you, that college has best Custom- build and tailored campus with top class academic, sports, recreational and administrative support facilities . The institution in its very short life have not only earned exceptionally good repute, but its cadets have also earned national and international awards in academic, sports and extra-curricular activities / competitions. With the induction of its Fifth academic batch college is fully geared to imprint its marks at the national level, once its First batch graduates in March 2022, and cadets compete at different forums demonstrate their extraordinary capabilities and skills learnt at the college during Five Years of training and education. I am confident that college under the ablest leadership of the Principal, his dedicated faculty and efficient administration team, would make most ideal learning and personality development environment for your daughter / ward. We the Board of Governors and the Team at the College, have determination and where-with-all to make it happen.
